At Flex Legal, we’re proud to host various insightful events and forums for the legal industry, all aimed at bringing legal professionals together and creating vibrant communities of like-minded individuals. Here’s just a small taster of what we’ve got coming up this year:
Junior Lawyer Virtual Lunches
On the back of the great success of our Junior Lawyer Virtual Lunch events over the last two years, we’re delighted to carry this monthly event through to 2022, hosted in collaboration with LexisNexis.Launched during the first lockdown of 2020, our virtual lunch events are a great way to network with other junior lawyers, as well as hear from an array of incredible guest speakers and take part in our infamous quiz. Past guest speakers have included Dominique Ashby - Lawyer and Neuroscientist at neuro@work, Christopher Tart-Roberts - Head of Lawtech and Chief Knowledge & Innovation Officer at Macfarlanes, Shilpa Bhandarkar - CEO of CreateiQ at Linklaters, Rob Povinelli - Former Talent Development Manager at Dentons, and many more.
Expect to see a range of interesting topics, with previous speakers talking on areas as varied as mental health and wellbeing in law, in-house vs. private practice, legal tech and modern slavery.

Northern In-house Community
Last November, we hosted our first ever Northern In-house Event. Aimed at all professional levels within in-house teams, from paralegals to GC’s, the event brought together an array of teams from across the thriving northern in-house legal community. We’re delighted to announce the return of our Northern events, with more details to come for our 2022 plans soon!Midlands In-house Community
