Since 2019 Craig has focused within Children's Act and Family Law proceedings in relation to fathers gaining rights in relation to contact orders or ascertaining parental responsibility over their children. Craig regularly prepares and assist clients in relation to fact finding hearings when defending allegations of domestic, sexual, emotional, financial abuse and coercive control

Craig reached out to Flex Legal as he urgently needed a paralegal in Brighton to attend Court and take notes for their client’s hearing in relation to a family matter. The paralegal needed to be emotionally intelligent as they would be looking after a distressed client during a very stressful time. With less than 12 hours’ notice until the hearing, Flex Legal were able to use their technology initially to do a location search and see if any paralegals lived close to Brighton, and then search by availability and previous experience to see who would be willing to travel.
