Lauren Connolly didn’t take a traditional route to qualification. After working in Australia and completing her PGDL, she found the path to becoming a solicitor opaque and highly competitive. Through Flex Legal, she secured a paralegal role at Trustpilot, joined the Flex Trainee scheme, received funding for her SQE, and gained structured qualifying experience. With that support, she qualified and now works as Legal Counsel in Privacy & AI.

Flex Legal's Manchester Hub sits as a strategic part of their Client Delivery Group, and has made over 420 placements with the firm.
